Rosa Instaclean Consultants Online Masterclass Booking Policy Booking & Registration All online masterclasses must be booked in advance through the official Rosa Instaclean Consultants booking platform. A participant’s spot is secured only after full payment is received. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with access details, including the Zoom link or online platform information. Payment Policy Full payment is required at the time of booking. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD). Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated in writing. Cancellation & Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of online masterclasses, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, schedule conflicts, or failure to attend. Replays will only be provided if explicitly included in the masterclass description. Rescheduling by the Host If Rosa Instaclean Consultants reschedules or cancels a masterclass, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled session, you may request a credit toward a future masterclass, valid for 60 days. No-Show Policy Failure to attend a live masterclass without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for no-shows. Access & Participation Masterclasses are intended for registered participants only. Sharing access links, login details, or class materials is strictly prohibited. Rosa Instaclean Consultants reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these terms without refund. Intellectual Property & Content Use All masterclass content, including but not limited to videos, slides, worksheets, recordings, and verbal instruction, is the exclusive intellectual property of Rosa Instaclean Consultants and its collaborators. Recording, copying, sharing, or redistributing any content without written consent is prohibited. Agreement By registering for a masterclass hosted by Rosa Instaclean Consultants, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Booking Policy.
